Today is the release day for the memoir of former first lady, Michelle Obama.

As part of the promotion for the book, “Becoming”, she has taken on a number of endeavors- including staring on the cover of Elle US for their December 2018 issue and embarking on a book tour across cities in the world.

As part of the feature in Elle, she is also interviewed by Oprah.  In the article she shares tidbits about her post-White House life- including that she still is not allowed to open windows in her home because of security reasons. Read the article and full interview here.

In addition, over the weekend she featured in an interview special with ABC’s Robin Roberts where she returns back to her hometown of Chicago and retraces her steps from Chicago to the White House. Clips of the interview are here:

Michelle Obama’s book tour will take her across the world and will feature a line up of other remarkable women who will join her on stage.  In Chicago, she will be joined by Oprah, in LA by Tracee Ellis Ross, while London will see her hosted by Chimamanda Adiche.
