Return Policy
Ready to Wear and Off the Rack Items
Items can be refunded within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with tags still intact and with no damage or modification to state of items.
To process a return, send an email with subject line “RETURN REQUEST” to order@itsmadetoorder.com
Email body should be in this format:
- Customer Name
- Customer Delivery Address
- Date of Order
- Order Number
- Item Returning
- Reason for Return
Custom Made Items
Any custom made item is not eligible for returns. This includes clothing items, accessories such as jewelry and bags and any home furnishings.
In the unique case where it is evident the wrong item has been sent to the customer, item may be returned for an exchange.
